We are also more than happy to work with your established contractors and would not look to make any changes to a satisfactory arrangement unless requested by the Residents Association Directors

Day to day repairs and maintenance will be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintenance plans and contracts will be prepared for plant and machinery

Advise on major works and the use of specialist professionals and contractors.

Fire Risk assessments - We can arrange and manage professional risk assessment (as required by Law)

Asbestos Surveys – can be managed and arranged to comply with current legislation.

Emergency Lighting inspections – as required by legislation can be arranged and carried out.
