Should our proposal of management services be of interest, our basic management fee structure would be as follows per month. We believe this to be a highly competitive fee in the current market place and consider that we can not only offer you lower fees compared to other, and or your current, managing agents we also believe that we can improve on the quality level of other services provided.

Based on the following number of properties the monthly fee would equate as follows:

5 properties = £95 (minimum fee)

10 properties = £125

15 properties = £195

20 properties = £250

25 properties = £325

50 properties = £595

75 properties = £895

99 properties = £999

Please note there is no VAT addition to the above fees.

Based on the information we have available we believe that this proposal offers Better Value for Money on the current management arrangements in place. In addition we are optimistic that we can achieve savings through our supply chain network for other maintenance services.

Our ‘Extra Over Value for Money’ services described are included at no additional cost.
